Trusted Production Process
The production processes that we have developed in our supply chains have been supporting our brands for many years. This is one of the many reasons why our clients have added new products to nu sourcing season after season, helping our clients to grow as well as consolidate their sourcing needs in fewer locations. Today, for all our clients we provide multiple products and we are proud to say that we are often the first point of contact for new ideas and developments for the majority of our clients.
Quality Control
“Prevention is better than cure” – our philosophy for quality control can be summed up in this phrase. We have in-built rigorous procedures for quality checking at every stage of production, this early warning system allows us to deal with potential issues before they become significant. To enable this level of detailed checking, we have on the ground QCs at every factory at which we work, monitoring production daily and feeding back any issues which require the attention of our clients. We are proud to say that virtually all our clients have given us self-certification status, allowing us to ship/reject on the basis our AQL reports.
